Applications for The BFI Film Academy 2023-24

We are delighted to announce that we will be delivering the BFI Film Academy programme for 2023/24. We offer this course for FREE! Places are limited so please complete the application form to register your interest.

The programme runs on Saturdays between the 28th October 2023 - 3rd February 2024 giving you the chance to develop professional level skills in film theory, specialist production skills and ends with you producing your own short film. Fully supported by industry professionals, this is your chance to get involved with the UK's most prestigious filmmaking programme for young people.

This year the course will take place at The Collection Museum in the heart of the city of Lincoln with great access to parking and transport links

During the course you will learn from professional filmmakers, watch and analyse world cinema and be supported to create your own film working as part of a production team!

The deadline for applications is 5pm on 7th October 2023
